How will I be notified before my services are performed?

You will receive a text message or email 24 hours before our technician arrives.

How will I know when the services are completed?

We will take a photo of your yard after each service to confirm the work has been completed.

What are your seasonal deals?

Our promotions change monthly and seasonally to bring you the best deals. This spring, take advantage of our Early Bird Discount and save $25 on any of our programs. Additionally, when you purchase our Knight Package for a spring clean-up, we'll throw in a completely free mow!

What happens in bad weather?

If weather conditions prevent us from performing your services, they will be rescheduled. You will receive a notification via text or email with updates.

What if I am not home?

You do not need to be home for us to complete our work. If you are away, please ensure all gates are unlocked so our technicians can access your yard.

What if I need to reschedule?

We are very flexible and happy to accommodate your needs. If you need to reschedule your services, simply give us a call, and we will arrange for a different day that works for you.

We accept a wide range of payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, e-transfers, cash, cheques, and PayPal. Please note that all payments must be made in full prior to the completion of services.
